SafeWave Agent Failure Patch

A tiny proof-of-control demo: the same agent loop runs once without execution boundaries, then once with SafeWave-style containment.

The model didn't fail. The execution loop did.

Unbounded Agent Loop

The agent keeps retrying after bad tool calls. Failures compound. Cost rises. Stability collapses.

SafeWave-Bounded Loop

The same failure is constrained by retry budget, escalation limits, and recovery conditions.

What this demonstrates: intelligence is not the only risk surface. A capable agent can still fail when execution is unbounded: retries, escalation, propagation, and recovery collapse become the system-level problem. SafeWave-style containment changes the execution behavior before the failure becomes systemic.
